Location: Boston, MA

Duration: 6+ Months

Job Description:

Responsible for the Integration Application Support Engagement

Stake Holder Management and Dependency management for the Support scope

Define and Manage the Support SLAs

Ensure Incident Management process as per the process defined at TJX

Drive SMTD and proactive Improvement Programs

Measure & Report the Support Metrics at regular agreed intervals

Incident Management activities & Drive issue resolutions

Escalation Point for any Integration issues

Skill Set

Expertise in XSLT, WSDL, XSD,WM

Awareness DP Knowledge

Good communications skills – presentation and reporting, written.

Strong knowledge of integration concepts.

Tools expertise and process knowledge.

Working experience on managed file transfers

Knowledge of interface standards

Good understanding of application requirements
