Job Title: QA with Mobile Testing background

Job requirements:

QA Analyst for Mobile Applications

Job Description

•  Performs QA activities for mobile projects

•  Documents test cases from product requirements and monitors the test coverage

•  Coordination with internal development teams and external test teams to identify/resolve technical issues for QA testing

•  Triage the issue and identify the root cause and work with the development team to fix it

•  Front end all QA activities for all queries for mobile application test status

•  Understand the issues at system level and provide root cause analysis

Main Duties

•  Performing the Mobile QA testing.

•  Coordinate with other groups (Dev, Product, Program Management and OBU QA teams) for performing test activities.

•  Supporting the Mobile testing and validating the results

•  Preserving the integrity of the test data.

•  Preparing test cases and test scripts for mobile applications.

•  Coordinating with SHI/external teams for mobile testing

Experience Requirements

1. 1. Experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance, which includes Functional Testing, System Testing including Integration Testing Web applications and native applications, Regression Testing and User Acceptance Testing using Manual and Test Automation Tools

2. 2. Test Scenario identification-For Functional, Integration, Regression test and UAT.

3. 3. Test Plan creation and Test case Scripting for the same.

4. 4. Should possess programming experience to creating and maintaining test scripts.  Possess skills in configuration of databases (backend) and aptitude for working with tools in lieu of paid tools like HP's Quality center.

5. 5. Good experience with Test methodologies and test processes in agile environment.

6. 6. Test automation experience (WAP, Android, iOS platforms)

7. 7. Ability to work with multiple QA teams during integration testing of systems

8. 8. Providing technical direction to QA resources working in multiple QA projects

9. 9. Experience with retail mobile applications, NPOS, cash registers etc is a plus.

10. 10. 2-5 years experience in testing projects.

• Bachelor's Degree (preferably in engineering) or in computer applications
