Job Title : Sr. Java Developer With UI
Location: ATLANTA GA
Duration: 4 month+
Rate :$50/hr on C2C.
Description/Comment:
Senior Java UI Software Engineer will develop and sustain Client's Customer Facing Applications that support the client's Residential High Speed Data and Telephone product lines.
This is a hands-on development position with experience designing and developing high quality UI systems using the JEE stack and recent UI technologies.
This developer is expected to write programs to maintain computer systems software for networked and complex systems.
They will also facilitate testing of these applications and platforms through the existing Development, Quality, and Performance environments and provide documentation and best practices for the Technology Operations teams for production deployment.
As a senior developer this person will provide direction for other team members in terms of architecture, design, code review, implementation model and documentation.
They will also research new technologies and solutions for forward-looking design considerations as the platforms evolve.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Eight or more years JEE experience.
Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of common Design Patterns.
Must have excellent recent experience with jQuery, HTML5 and CSS3.
Experience in responsive web design desired.
Experience consuming RESTful web services with JSON desired.
Must have experience supporting production code.
Excellent communication and people skills required.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent work experience
Strong oral and written communication skills are required. Must be extremely comfortable handling a constant barrage of questions from both technical and non-technical cross functional teams.
Must be a strong "self-starter" who is able to think and work independently, seek out new sources of information, develop new skills, take responsibility for testing new designs, and champion new ideas while remaining a cooperative, communicative, collegial, and helpful member of a team.
Must be comfortable working in a team environment
Experience with NodeJS is a huge plus but not required.
Experience developing in OSGi is a huge plus but not required.
Experience developing with Apache, Tomcat, and JBoss is a plus but not required.
