Strong Communication skills, Development skills
5+ years of Java EE development experience
-Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; with a background in mathematics,
computer science, physics or finance is a plus
-Strong analytical skills & detail oriented
-Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
-Prior experience with (re)insurance applications.
-Must be strong in the following technologies:
• Java 6
• Object-oriented concepts
• Java EE 6 technologies, including EJB, JPA, CDI
• SOAP-based Web Services and JAX-WS
• XML, XSD, JAXB
• SQL, preferably with Oracl   
Not mandatory but a plus:
-Experience with the following:
• Internationalization
• RESTful Web Services and JAX-RS
• WebSphere Application Server
• Google Web Toolkit (GWT)   
6-8 years
