Position: Sr. QA Analyst

Location: Atlanta, GA

Duration: Contract to Hire

Interview Mode: Face to Face after Telephonic

Candidate will function as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst testing an Integrated Tax System and Motor Vehicle Systems.

The successful candidate will:

•      Conduct Quality Assurance Testing to verify that the applications meet the requirements to ensure it provides the right functionality to the customers

•       Prepare test plans, test cases, test scripts and results documentation

•       Work with Business Analysts, Developers and Customers during Testing Life Cycle

Required Skills:

•         5+ years experience in Quality Assurance Testing

•         5+ years experience in developing test plans, test cases and test scripts to validate business requirements

•         Experience in testing Georgia Registration and Title Information System (GRATIS)

•         Strong working knowledge of Quality Center and Quick Test Professional

•         In-depth understanding of application testing with emphasis on web-based and client server applications

•         Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Testing Life Cycle, Concepts and Methodologies i.e. Integration, Regression, System, User Acceptance Testing, Defect Management.

•         Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with complex projects

•         Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field

•         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

•         Experience in business analyst role translating business needs into Use Cases, Process Diagrams, Functional and Non-Functional Specs/ Requirement Documents

•         Knowledge of methodologies like Agile, Scrum and Waterfall
