· Be willing to provide 24/7 support, on a rotational basis.
· Monitor performance and proactively avoid customer impact.
· Build out new IBM Portal Servers, IBM Websphere Servers, and IBM HTTP Servers to support new products and services.
· Continually upgrade existing environments to stay up-to-date and minimize risk.
· Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer impacting issues with a minimal amount of direction and information.
