Position: Network Support Analyst

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Duration: 3+ months

 

Network Support Analyst with supporting Data, Voice and Contact Center Networks exp

 

This position is for a Convergered Network Support Analyst who will be supporting Data, Voice and Contact Center Networks.

·        Very strong IP Networking skills

·        Experience supporting WAN circuits and working with LEC's trouble-shooting T1's or similar circuits.

·        Experience supporting VOIP network in a Cisco centric network

·        Knowledge and experience with CUCM

·        Experience with ISR Gateways

·        Desire experience with ICM or CVP

·        Experience supporting Cisco Contact Center Infrastructures

·        Desire knowledge of call routing in a Contact Center Environment

In order to foster communication and timely resolution of outages, analysts located in Bloomington and Phoenix will be located, on a regularly scheduled basis, in an area where a video camera with phone will operate continuously

 

Soft skills: good communication mentoring decision making judgment initiative

This position is for a 3rd shift position in Phoenix, AZ, may include weekend days. and will require some initial training in Bloomington, Ill for up to 4-6 weeks
