Experienced Developer Callidus TrueComp Exp
Role Description:
Required skills = Callidus TrueComp; Oracle pl/sql
Clarify requirements with leads and architects to develop functional designs and logical/functional process flows for approvals.
Convert functional designs into technical designs and gain approval of application architects.
Develop the Truecomp rules and SQL procedures.
Participate in Peer Reviews and QA's of work performed.
Participate in the creation of migration requests including assistance in troubleshooting issues with the process.
Support the testing and production support teams by triaging and identifying the root cause of defects, and by either correcting the code or guiding other developers in the correction of the code.

Additional skill in Oracle PL-SQL is desired in order to be able to collaborate with data integration developers when there is a need to develop custom procedures or stagehooks to support more complex calculations.
