Relevant Experience (Yrs) : Project Manager:
Technical/Functional Skills :
1. 8 -10 years of experience in Systems Integration, Infrastructure planning , Capacity Planning and Infrastructure Deployment
2. PMP Certification is desired
3. Should have working experience in Unix , Storage , Windows , Networking and overall IT Infrastructure Management for an enterprise
4. Should have excellent problem-solving and problem-identifying skills. They should also be detail oriented and have great verbal and written communication skills.
5. ITIL foundation certified/ Should understand IT Service Delivery Management
6. Should be visionary to understand overall IT Infrastructure architecture for an Enterprise
7. Should be able to liaison with IT vendors for technology upgrades/ deployment and procurement
8. Strong customer service orientation.
9. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
10. Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment.
11. Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining Linux/Open Source servers and software.
12. Hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting experience.
13. Good technical knowledge of current network hardware and standards.

Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Specialize in combining hardware and software products from different vendors in order to create computer systems for their clients
2. Capacity planning for Enterprise IT Infrastructure
3. Suggest solutions and manage projects and work closely with others to oversee the changes in the business infrastructure during the process.
4. Participate in the planning and implementation of system monitoring, maintenance and Support of all networked software and operating systems. Also provide end-user support and troubleshooting of applications and software.
5. Coordination with Unix Admin / DBA's / network / IS teams for Maintenance / security compliance related activities.
6. Submitting and Managing IT Infrastructure Change Management Process
7. Plan, coordinate and execute Non-Production & Production Maintenance activities related to infrastructure changes
8. Primary onsite POC for all TCS-CVS links/VPN / Intra company network as an availability manager
9. Coordinate with project team/ Windows Admin team for new software applications to be published in Citrix.
10. Monitor Analyze and plan towards consolidation for all Non Production environments.
11. Plan, design and build infrastructure for all upcoming RxConnect releases/ sub projects.
