Duration: 1 year Plus
Responsibilities & duties:
The Global Supply Service Chain Program (GSSCP) team manages key projects that fall under the strategic program Proactive SSC (Service Supply Chain). Using the Pega Systems PRPC 6.3 platform we build new capabilities that allow our business teams to be agile and responsive to our customers. With this new platform we will achieve lower cost of system ownership and faster delivery of applications. We seek a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our high performing team.
Candidate Responsibilities:
• Assist in mapping GSSC business processes
• Analyze data and business rules support the processes
• Facilitate discussion and gather business requirements in order to develop the Business Requirements Document (BRD)
• Create UI mock-ups and expected user/functional experience
• Identify user interaction requirements including system reaction time and screen flow performance
• Assist IT team in developing functional (system) use cases and technical requirements
• Conduct analysis of the existing system and how they support the business processes
• Conduct and document a detailed value case for the project
• Validate that functional requirements and system design meet business requirements
• Facilitate DCO (Directly Captured Objectives) sessions and document DCO use cases
• Conduct functional testing
Required Skills:
• Solid Analytical Skills
• Process Modeling and Design expertise (i.e. Six Sigma Certified)
• Service Supply Chain or logistics background
• Strong MS Office expertise (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio, MS Project)
Essential (including minimum exp. required for each skills)
• 5+ years Business analyst experience
• 6+ years IT experience with strong analytical and documentation skills
• Domain Knowledge of either Manufacturing or Service Supply Chain
• Having strong technical background
• Strong business communication
• Able to drive meetings and bring the topic to closure
• Solid Analytical Skills
• Process Modeling and Design expertise (i.e. Six Sigma Certified)
• Service Supply Chain or logistics background
• Strong MS Office expertise (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio, MS Project)
• SQL skills (mid level experience)
• BO (Business Objects) Reporting (mid level experience)
• Oracle 11i applications (Order Mgmt, Inventory, Oracle Workflow), Xelus, ETL platforms and Business Intelligence applications (CiscoC3 or Services BO Business Objects universes)
Education and Certification Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in an Information Technology or Business required.
Desirable
• Experience with IT PLC (Project Life Cycle) Implementation Methodology
• User Experience Design (Wireframe/mockups, design thinking, intent driven UI)
• Pega DCO capture and facilitation
• Statistical Data Analysis including Regression Modeling
• Experience designing GIS-integrated applications including mobile platforms
Recommended Certifications:
• Six Sigma (green or black belt)
• Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP)
• Pega Business Architect (CBA)
