Title: QTP QA Analyst
Location: Wayne, NJ
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6+ Months
Responsibilities:
Sr. QA needs to have strong expertise in testing tools and processes. He/she will beresponsible for creating test plans and detail test cases from the functional design and detail design documents for medium to high complexity projects. He/she needsto be able to work independently and mentor junior team members as needed.
He/she will be interacting with BA's, application (internal and external) and execution team. Must possess good understanding of the technology, both Mainframe as well as distributed platform, be and expert in the SDLC and haveunderstanding of various development method.
Management Skills:
Strong communications and coordination skills, excellent planning, good documentation are a must. Displays initiative, possess good judgment and strong prioritization skills. Quick learner able to absorb new functionality with little help.
Skills:
- QA testing experience with large integrated Mainframe systems.
- Working knowledge of QTP and defect tracking tools (TeamTrack/Serena a plus).
