RESPONSIBILITES:
Responsibilities include working with Development team understanding their requirement and providing databases services.
Understand business requirements and database design.
Not only will candidates be joining a project team, they will be joining a team of resources dedicated to delivering client engagements from an off-site location focused on common tools, technologies, and methodologies.

Understand business requirements and database design.
Not only will candidates be joining a project team, they will be joining a team of resources dedicated to delivering client engagements from an off-site location focused on common tools, technologies, and methodologies.
REQUIRED:
Experience in DB2 LUW instance and database creation on Linux/ Unix and windows environment
Experience in Linux/ Unix shell scripting, shell command, crontab and vi editor
Database objects creation, DB object migration and data conversion
Knowledge on DB2 partitioning, PureScale and Federation setup
Experience in Logical and Physical Data Modeling
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask; can set priorities and follow a timeline
