Job Title: Data Modeler

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Duration: 6 Months+

Skills:

- Should have atleast 6+ years of experience working in Information Technology

- Should have atleast 3+ years of Data Modeling

- Should have experience working on large projects, especially in the Project Definition and analysis stages

- Should have participated or have driven Requirements gathering, focusing on understanding & documenting business processes, and the Data Requirements of the processes

- Experience working with Erwin, Sybase PowerDesigner for developing and maintaining Data Models

- Should have strong knowledge, skills and experience building "Logical Data Models" using Entity Relationship Diagramming (ERD) methodology

- Should have basic knowledge of XML, comfort ability around defining XML Structures, DTDs and Schemas

- Should have, strong communication, listening & documentation skills; be a good team player, able to work on multiple projects

- Should have, strong leadership skills. Should be able drive meetings, structure business discussions, mentor and govern the Data Related work of the application development teams.
