Applications Engineer – Test
Familiarity and experience in network and systems management A good working knowledge of data and voice networking concepts/components is preferred Experience and knowledge in the following is recommended: Linux MySQL PHP Must possess: Excellent communication skills Application engineer experience Understanding of software testing methodologies Excellent analytical abilities Skill to properly recommend solutions A detailed oriented demeanor Excellent customer service skills
A college education is preferred. In lieu of a college degree, successful completion of career certifications may be considered. Three (3) or more years' experience of application engineering/software development/software testing is required Network/systems support experience is required Experience must include: Deploying, configuring, and maintaining a network/systems management and/or service management platform Knowledge of network/systems management protocols Maintaining network and system devices (highly recommended) Troubleshooting, writing technical documentation, and application engineering
