REQUIREMENT-
The Sr. Developer is responsible for data analytics, data modeling, software design and development in implementing.
Primary skills required for the position include:
· Expert in SQL Server database
· SQL Development ability to write and troubleshoot SQL query.
· Working knowledge if stored procedures, functions, tables, views, triggers, indexes, constraints
· Extensive experience in health analytics in health insurer, or other healthcare settings.
· Demonstrated team work experience, ability to work effectively as member of a team with minimal guidance
· Familiar with healthcare claims data.
· Familiar with healthcare code systems (CPT, ICD9, SNOMED CT, HCPCS).
· Demonstrated analytical and problem solving abilities
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor degree in computer science or with quantitative focus.
· Minimum 3 years professional experience in health analytics in health insurer, or other health care settings.
· Strong statistic modeling experience a plus (predictive modeling or chronic)
· Experience with IBM Netezza a plus
· Experience with data modeling, healthcare application or data processing.
