Rate: $45/hr on C2C

Job Duties:
Participates in project components from initial requirements to final implementation. May also participate in production support activities to include Issue Management.
Works with business partners to define scope and recommend requirements gathering approach and deliverables.
Works with business partners and technology leads to determine which business and technology teams may be affected by scope.
Analyzes business and user needs and documents requirements using a variety of artifacts and methodologies.
Conducts requirements solicitation sessions and documents business requirements.
Facilitates business process redesign and creates process and operational workflow mapping as needed.
Identify risks, evaluate controls and prepare findings and recommendations.
Plans, prepares and executes various testing activities to ensure appropriate testing is conducted for the work effort, including a test matrix
Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of solutions, policies, practices and processes to ensure continuous improvement, good client relations, compliance and adherence to business and system requirements. Recommends improvements to achieve and deliver high quality, value-added services.
Develops and builds internal and external partnerships to improve communication, coordination, collaboration and effective working relationships within own department, across the Company and outside the Company.
May negotiate agreements and commitments by facilitating communication between business unit(s) and IT
Works with business partners and technical development areas to analyze and revise existing system logic difficulties.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree or work equivalent (Minimum 3 years' experience)
Healthcare experience- Healthcare domain knowledge (Minimum 2 years' experience, Payer perspective is preferred)
Working knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies
Demonstrates strong analytical, organizational, time management, meeting facilitation, negotiation, and communication skills
Experience with MS-Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, and Outlook
Experience with business modeling and requirement management tools
