This is a TESTING ORACLE POSITION -

Resource will need to test Oracle software.  Resource will need to be a self driven Oracle professional motivated to fulfill a range of responsibilities including Business Development, Pre-Sales Support, Project Startup and Delivery, Client relationship Management and Development of Center of Excellence.   Business Development in the Geography of responsibility including Pre-Sales Support, identify business requirements of customers and design targeted Solutions, estimate cost and develop RFP response in conjunction with Sales teams   Present solution to customer and demonstrate excellence of CSCs Solution and Intellectual Property     Interface with customers to manage client expectations and relationship and ensure superior brand management    Engage with TCoE to act as a key point of contact to provide input on customer products and market demands and drive leading edge capability development    Manage startup of new engagements upon contract signature to ensure superior customer experience and smooth transition to Delivery Team    Manage and report on revenue stream    

Travel: 40 - 60%  

Experience:  

1. 8+ years in one or more of the Oracle stack of ERP applications (Oracle eBiz, PeopleSoft, JDE, Siebel etc.) including preferably 2- 3 years of Testing.  

2. 8+ years work experience in the Oracle ERP lifecycle including Implementation, upgrade and Maintenance projects with functional subject matter expertise in a range of modules  

3. 3+ yrs exp. in preparation of ERP test strategy, test plans per business rollout plans.  

4. Broad based understanding of test accelerators, manual and automated testing  

5. Experience in working with geographically distributed multi-cultural teams especially in an onsite offshore model  

6. Experience with pre-sales support and client engagement with a track record of success  

7. Strong Project Management experience preferably with PMP certification  

8. Willingness to travel, strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
