Summary:
A highly experienced data architect to define the data model, guide the development of the software based on the data model and provide necessary leadership and hands-on technical expertise during product deployment and production operation.
A highly experienced data architect to define the data model, guide the development of the software based on the data model and provide necessary leadership and hands-on technical expertise during product deployment and production operation.
Responsibilities:
• In general, as the senior data architect in Software R&D, provide technical leadership and hands-on expertise in the area of data modeling, application database design and implementation, data integration architecture, database deployment, production performance tuning and support. To fulfill these responsibilities, the person needs to:
• Quickly learn and absorb client's business domain in gas & power. Understand, manage, and improve the data architecture for existing software products and solutions. Identify issues and gaps, and facilitate improvements.
• Define the to-be data architecture for the CLIENTs software products to support the company's long-term business strategies.
• Participate in the definition of the product technology roadmap and transition plan based on the to-be architecture. Provide leadership in implementing the transitions.
• Participate in new product planning and provide data architecture and detail design, and guide the product development process.
• Establish information and data standards and policies, create necessary technology frameworks, and enforce data architecture governance across all product development activities.
• Provide mentorship in data related best practices and necessary trainings to improve technology excellences in the company

must have architected large system implementaitons (from data stand point),
independent contributor, can drive multiple clients towards a common goal, strong MS SQL & ETL experience.
