Experience (Years) 6-8
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in development of enterprise applications on Pegasystems.
- Minimum 5 years experience across analysis, design, development and application deployment of J2EE
enterprise application systems or similar technology platforms - Experience in J2EE (JSF/JSP,
Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), Oracle and/or DB2 - Experience in Websphere or Weblogic
Application Server & Strong OO experience - Strong communication, interpersonal,
time management and organizational skills are required.
Onsite Lead (LSA/CSSA) - IT Experience 7 years (Pega 4 years)
Role and Responsibilities: - PEGA Lead - Responsible for designing and building business
applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks. - Provides methodology, solution design,
business architecture and UI design guidance to project teams developing BPM/BRE solutions
using Pega - Provide thought-leadership across business and technical project dimensions
solving complex business requirements - Develops and demonstrates an advanced knowledge of
the PRPC (PegaRules/Process Commander) Architecture and all PRPC design and implementation
features across pega frameworks - Ensure that systems are built for change, scalability and reusability.
- Review the designs developed and validate against the guardrails and best practices
- Educate and govern the teams on PEGA implementation methodologies and on PRPC solutions spectrum
Desirable Skills
• Team lead experience in a multi-team environment
• Project lead/management experience
