Our client is seeking a Sr Technical Writer.

Responsibilities:

Experienced Tech Writer Wanted for two year documentation project with a friendly project team.

Requirement experience and qualities:

-- A minimum of 5 years of full-time experience as a technical writer.
-- A minimum of 2-3 years of recent experience writing online help content in an online help format.
-- Must be a proficient user of RoboHelp or Madcap Flare.
-- Familiar and comfortable with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
-- Experienced at interviewing SMEs that will include B.A.s, developers, QA engineers, and customers.
-- Skilled at meeting deadlines on-time, and at managing your own projects in order to do so.
-- Committed to developing quality content.
-- Good team player, flexible, and able to work well with others.  
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:

Required Ability to:

• Analyze and document complex business processes.
• Think analytically and solve problems.
• Gather and interpret relevant data and information.
• Understand technical designs and specifications.
• Interact professionally with diverse groups, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

Requirements/Knowledge
• Minimum of (4) year college degree, or equivalent training and experience.
• Understanding of application programming, database, system design, and data exchanges in both mainframe and client server environments.
