Job title : Business Analyst Lead / Manager
Location : Trenton, NJ 08666
Duration : 12 months
Citizenship Status: US Citizen preferred; will consider Green Card
As a Business Analyst Leader, candidates must perform the following:
· Review, analyze, and evaluate Motor Vehicle business systems and user needs
· Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.
· Demonstrates expertise and leadership in requirements management concepts, practices, and procedures.
· Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish individual and team goals and manage a team of Business Analyst.
· Knowledge of Rational Tools preferred
· Excellent written and communication skills a must
Education/Experience Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of related experience or a Master's degree and a minimum of 6 years of experience.
· Prior software application testing experience is preferred
· Experience gathering requirements on a State/Local Government project preferred
Skills Required
· Experience Designing Screens
· Experience Writing Use cases
· Experience presenting to large groups and/or facilitating requirements reviews (JADs) or elicitation sessions with end users
· Experience Managing and Leading a team of business analysts of various levels of experience
· Experience writing requirements for reports
· Excellent leadership skills
Optional Skills
· Dept of Motor Vehicles experience
