Role: Oracle IDM- SSO, Technical Support Lead

Initial Duration: 5 Months

Location: Framingham/Worcester, MA

Start Date: ASAP

Expenses Paid:  NO

 

Job Description:

 We would need a onsite support lead who would work along with the current onsite and offshore team to support client on Oracle Identity and Access Management environment.
 
The below skill sets are required.
1- Experience handling enterprise  Oracle(Sun) Identity and Access Manager environment.

2- Experience managing Open SSO environment.

3- Skilled in LDAP

4- Good working knowledge in Linux platform.

5- Good troubleshooting skills. 6- Good communication skills.

7- ITSM process knowledge to understand severity and address issues
 
Desired Skills:

1-      Any development experience in the past would be nice to have.

2-      2- Good understanding of Active directory.
