The candidate needs to have a pretty good grasp on OOA and OOD, Design Patterns, and Data Structures.
looking for a Biztalk  developer and C# and .Net.
C# .NET 2.0 or higher,
BizTalk 2006 or Higher (preferred but not required),
SQL Server 2005 or higher,
XML processing - XSD, XML DOM Processing, XSLT, XPathTeam Familiar with Team Foundation Server or other ALM Tools
Familiar with Web Services
