Web Services experience with 2.0 and 3.5, including WCF (5+ years) 
Web Parts development (3+ years) 
Asp.net, VB.net, C# (10+ years) 
Javascript (5+ years) 
SQL Server 2000, 2005, 2008 (DML, DDL, Stored Procedures, DTS, Data Modeling, Extended Stored procedures, Reporting Services)-(10+ years) 
Oracle 10/11 (DML, DDL, Stored procedures, Packages, PL/SQL) - (5+ years - can be substituted for SQLServer) 
Linux/Unix Shell (3+ years - optional) 
Configuration Management tools, visual source safe 
Release Management tools 
Enterprise Services (ESBs) 
Project Management (developing LOEs, WBs, schedules) 
Data and Object Modeling 
Application and database performance tuning 
Automated testing tools such as ANT, Eclipse, nUnit
