Position Peoplesoft HCM consultant, technical
Location Bay Area CA (Phone interview, PO is ready)
Duration 3 months to -12 months
We are looking for a person who has hands on experience in working with Integration broker, send and receive data from PeopleSoft using messages, HR and TAM module experience.
2. Job DescriptionPerforms IT functions such as design, analysis, evaluation, build, testing, debugging and implementation of application programs. Participates in all phases of the software application development lifecycle, with emphasis on project planning, requirement needs and definitions; driving resolution of requirements, design, develop, testing and coordinating tasks involving dependencies on cross-functional teams.
3. Job RequirementsWorking Knowledge in the following areas:
• PeopleSoft Technologies such as PeopleTools 8.48 or better, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Application packages, Messaging & Integration broker, SQR, XML Publisher, PSQuery, Portal Pack, Security
• Application Modules: HCM 9.0 and 9.1, Portal, HR, Talent Acquisition and Candidate Gateway, Self-Service modules.
• Oracle RDBMS architecture, tuning guidelines, and available development tools – SQL, PL/SQL, catalog tables
• Comfortable with Unix/AIX/Solaris/Linux and Windows with scripting on these operating systems
• Working knowledge of PeopleSoft application deployment, upgrade, migration, and administration• Understanding of SOX on application releases, documentation, and access controls
