Must Have Skills: Sharepoint 2010/2007   Desired Skills:    ·         Technically Savvy on Sharepoint (2003, 2007) and 2010 (preferable) ·         Requirements analysis and mapping of application requirements in technical perspective ·         Analyze and review the existing application and technology stack ·         Establish and implement design, coding standards, guidelines ·         Establish and implement build and release process ·         Establish and implement configuration process ·         Prepare/ Review high level design document ·         Development, Technical issues resolution ·         Collaborate with onsite and offshore technical and management team
