Positions:
1) 1 - Sr. ETL Architect - 12+ Years of experience
2) 1 - ETL Architect
Required Skills:
1) ETL Architect, Design & Development experience on
a. Information Sever 8.x
b. InfoSphere DataStage 8.x
c. InfoSphere CDC
d. Information Analyzer
e. Business Glossary
f. Metadata Server/Workbench
2) Should be able to create the overall ETL InfoSphere Framework for TJX
3) Data Analyst & architect experience
4) Good Communication skills
Responsibilities/ Activities:
1) Create the overall ETL Strategy & Framework to cover all the InfoSphere components
2) ETL Strategy & Framework should cover the following:
a. CDC & Real time ETL
b. Flat file Management, Parallel processes n Partition
c. Audit & Error Handling
d. Restart & recovery approach
e. Metadata Management
3) Coding standard, code review checklist, ETL performance guidelines
4) Once we will finish above activities, they will kick off the actual business project:
a. Understand the requirement, source systems
b. Effort Estimation for implementing ODS, DWH layer
c. Data Profiling & Analysis
d. Creating the end to end ETL/Data Strategy
e. ODS model Foundation for DWH
F. Design the ETL (HLD, LLD etc.) - Acquiring all the attributes from various source applications into ODS layer
g. ETL Implementation
