- Good analytical skills
- Should be hands on by being able create and execute test cases.
- Expertise in 'Quality Center' usage and Defect life cycle management
- Complete understanding of the Test lifecycle
- Ability to write SQL queries on database
- Good to have knowledge of any scripting language.

- Good to have worked on MSSB projects.
- Good to have experience on Bank Deposits and preferably worked on related systems on MSSB platform.
- Ability to analyze the impact of changes brought about by a new project.
- Preparation of a comprehensive Customer Requirements document, constructing a work breakdown structure, maintaining a project plan.
