| · Must have a minimum 8+ years experience performing Product Management /Project Management in a highly agile team environment · Extensive working experience on a mix of Windows and Web based applications with diversity of applications · Experience in managing the features in a product release, along with performing an impact analysis · Experience in managing small to medium sized QA team · Experience in Product Release Management · Experience in Investment Management domain is a plus · Knowledge of .Net, SQL Server and other technologies is an advantage, not mandatory · Knowledge of Windows and Web Services concepts is an advantage |
| Roles & Responsibilities | : | · Working closely with the Sr. Product Manager in defining the feature-set for the next deliverable · Coordinate with several user groups to capture business requirements, analyze and translate them into technical requirements and oversee the project plan · Conduct an impact analysis of the new features/changes in existing features for the various user groups · Put Processes and Controls in place for ensuring a smooth release of product upgrades · Work closely with Product Management, Software Development Team, QA and Deployment team to coordinate product release · Review Test Plans and Test cases to ensure 100% test coverage, and review the test results · |
| Generic Managerial Skills | : | User Expectation management, Delivery focus, |
| Education | : | Bachelor of Engineering; Masters degree preferred. |
