Job Title:     Mechanical Engg for Manufacturing Industry

Location:     Jacksonville, FL

Duration:     12 Months

 

Job Description:

Required Skills:

·        Working knowledge on using MASTERCAM for sheet metal and Machine parts

·        Advanced technical background in Manufacturing, along with some design engineering Knowledge

·        Extensive Knowledge of machine tools, cutting tools and their capabilities

·        Extensive knowledge on forming tools

·        Experience in precision machining  or  sheet metal design

·        Understanding of  the interaction between the part, manufacturing , quality and cost

·        Experience with 5 axis machining method and fixture design (Aerospace Background)

·        Experience in CNC punching, bending operations

·        Working knowledge on Hydro forming technique and Shot peening

·        Ability to provide clear, concise manufacturing set-up information

·        Good machining-related troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate well with machine Operators

·        Experience with UG NX machining module is desirable
