Job Description:

One of my clients in Boston is looking for a Performance/Capacity Tester

 

Responsibilities:

• Develops and presents hardware capacity strategies
• Performs analysis of input/output processing
• Supports data center in problem resolution
• Develops strategic models or software development focusing on performance and capacity issues
• Provides application testing support
• Recommends appropriate capital expenditures to meet business needs and budgetary constraints

 

Skills:

• 5+ years HP (or formerly Mercury) LoadRunner scripting experience
• HP LoadRunner protocols: Web/http, Citrix, Rich Internet Application (Flex and Ajax), Truclient, Java, database protocols
• Oracle WebLogic and RedHat Jboss performance testing experience in n-tier environment
• Oracle, Sybase, MS SQL server performance testing experience
• .NET application performance testing experience
• HP QTP, Sitescope and Diagnostics
• SAS ITRM 9.2 or higher
• BMC Patrol
• BMC Best1
• C or C++, Java, JavaScript, Perl programming experience
• Proficiency with MS project and MS Excel
