The customer in summary, is looking for an individual, that has the required experience, skills and the confidence to hit the road running from day one. They need to be able to quickly analyze the environment, design an architecture for the application server (WAS) in a virtual environment in a lead role although they are 'administrators'

 

Must be able to explain in detail every bullet point on resume.  Manager is very picky and going to verify and check all experience and background listed. 

 

Job description :  Administration of Middleware software. Work with team of experienced administrators in a cooperative manner. Handle multiple tasks on a cross section of technologies. Respond to requests in an orderly and timely manner. The job responsibilities include definition of IBM's Websphere Application Server Architecture for new installations, install the new WAS, be able to write JYTHON scripts such that the deployments are automated in near future. Be able to analyze current infrastructure and make modifications or recommendations as desired. Experience in working with WAS on VMWARE is preferred. Be able to effectively communicate the architecture design to application development and architecture teams as necessary.
