Skills:

- BS in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or comparable experience
- 5+ years of Core Java Programming experience in Unix/Linux environment
- Solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms & Object-Oriented design concepts
- Proficiency with relational database / SQL development
- Understanding of XML/XSD and other schema driven data
- Distributed systems / middleware / multithreaded experience
- Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- .NET is a strong plus
- Legal domain expertise & experience working on legal research platforms a strong plus
