Skills:

10 years of experience in design,development and testing Excellent knowledge on DBMS and good client facing skills Excellent hands on knowledge on ETL DataStage with working knowledge to extract data from SAP using the IIS SAP plug ins like ABAP,BAPI and IDOC Excellent knowledge on creation of technical specs and design and code review and creation of coding standards Able to conceptualize and design the ETL strategy by understanding the requirements

 

Nice to have skills:  Leading teams is a must Working knowledge on data modelling like Erwin etc is desirable Good reporting abilities and should be able to plan and do the regular follow up with offshore and onsite teams
