DotNetNuke Developer   

Location: Raleigh NC   

Duration: 3-5  months

 

Description:

Seeking a short term contractor (approximately 3-5 months part-time as needed) for DotNetNuke development/design to develop custom skins and containers based on a pre-approved design for the agency's web site. The developer will create or modify DNN modules to meet specific requirements.

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:

Required:

• Minimum of three (3) years software development experience using DotNetNuke framework

• ASP.NET development experience utilizing DotNetNuke

• Experience developing custom DotNetNuke plug-ins

• Experience with developing components to interface with DotNetNuke

• Fluent with Web Development technologies including: HTML (4 or 5), XML, CSS, Javascript, Ajax

• Familiarity with full life cycle development of applications

• Ability to debug and troubleshoot technology problems rapidly and work with third party software.

 

Preferred:

• Hands on experience with DotNetNuke Professional Edition 5.6

• Specific experience in installation and setup of DotNetNuke as well as the content approval process

• Advanced site search experience.

Note:

Preference will be given to local candidates who can work with agency staff in the Raleigh office and perform some of the development work on site.
