Requirements: The PeopleSoft HRIS Systems Analyst provides solid subject matter expertise for Human Resources, Benefit and Payroll disciplines to the Information Technology HCM located in Houston, TX.

 

Duties:

 

Maintains and supports HCM Applications by keeping the system current on all fixes and updates and resolve any productions errors to ensure the accuracy of these corporate business critical systems.

Analyzes any new development or enhancement request by testing the current system functionality and system capabilities constraints to determine if the requested functionality is needed or is possible.

Understand the requirements of the users and being able to write technical specifications.

Have the ability to code to these specifications

 

Required Skills:

 

- 5 - 10 years working on HCM systems and demonstrable understanding of HR, Benefit and Payroll processes. - PeopleTools, Security, Tree Manager, Process Scheduler, Data Mover, Import Manager, SQR, App Engines, PS/Query leading functionality implementation efforts. Open Enrollment experience is a plus.

- Ability to clearly, concisely and thoroughly communicate and document requirements, testing criteria, issues and recommendations.

- Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills.

- Ability to work with minimal direction.

- Ability to facilitate and drive gap/fit discussions, requirements definition, business process design, business process reengineering, and solution development.
