Ø  6 - 7  Years of team management experience

Ø  Exposure to retail domain and web testing is required

Ø  Extremely analytical, Testing mindset required; 

Ø  Hands-on working experience on SQL queries, UNIX, Web services testing, message testing, XML, SOAP is must

Ø  Good communication and organization skills.

Ø  Capable of coordination with Development team, BAs, onsite PM and Customer stakeholders

Ø  Exposure to project management skills will be added advantage

Ø  Good understanding of STLC, test processes and test writing skills

Ø  Test planning and strategy.  

Ø  Capable of managing defects, reporting test status, writing scripts, executing scripts;

Ø  Completing the testing deliverables and reporting on daily basis

Ø  Working knowledge of QC for defect and test management

Ø  Exposure to Automation/manual testing using QTP and performance testing using HP Performance tool will be an added advantage

Ø  Prior experience of leading a team of 4-6 resources
