Information Resources (Tech Services) seeks to hire a dedicated professional to design, evaluate, plan and implement end to end system solutions. These solutions can be comprised of various components including vendor products, Company developed systems, hardware components and middleware products. The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's degree with a major in Computer Science or related subject. A master's degree in related field is desired.
A qualified candidate must have a minimum of 3-5 years of hands on experience on Oracle e-Business Suite (EBS) R12/11i Installation, configuration, maintenance troubleshooting and support; 5 years Oracle DBA experience and in-depth understanding of Oracle Databases including current 10g/11g; at lease 1-2 years experience in Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC) 10g/11g on UNIX platform preferably HP-Unix. Candidate must be proficient in all aspects of "system administration" functionality within Oracle E-Business Suite; have hands on experience with applications/tech stack/database upgrades, cloning, patching, and backups/recovery; a good understanding of Storage, Network, server technology, operating systems for optimal application performance is required and experience in supporting Development and Production environments. Candidate must have good interpersonal, communication and documentation skills.
