Description:
SAP CRM Interaction Center Technical lead.
CRM Technical Lead with minimum 8 years of design/development experience with CRM 6.0/7.0
Experience with Business Addins, Enhancement framework, ADT, EEWB Enhancements.
Strong experience with BOL & GENIL model
The candidate should have configuration, design and customization knowledge of Interaction Center module
The candidate should have configuration knowledge of Organizational structure, Navigation bar, business roles, interaction record, inbox, alerts, broadcast messaging, activity clipboard profile, configuring global document types, links for content repositories, UIs, transaction launcher, case types, categories, linked cases, partner determination, statuses, activities, escalation, attach documents, FCC-related fact sheets, and Web UI customization.
Ability to extend/enhance adapters to replicate custom tables/fields per business process.
Monitor error handling and replication of BDOCS Qualifications Candidate must have excellent communications skills. Must be able to provide detailed estimates for complex technical development tasks.
Must be able to lead and mentor other more junior technical developers (both onsite and offshore).
