We are looking for a talented IT professional who excels in management discipline, collaboration with business and IT stakeholders to define current and future state business processes, has a demonstrable capture of the SDLC/ITLC and project management, and can drive towards end-to-end IT solutions.

 

Expected Contributions:
• End to end delivery of IT Projects
• Elicit program/multiple service requirements and incorporate into the product planning lifecycle
• Ensure program/multiple service business priorities and IT capabilities are aligned
• Identify program/multiple service risks and describe how to manage them
• Gather feedback and drive improvements to processes for programs/multiple services
• Bring stakeholders to agreement and build communities in support of programs/multiple services
• Strong presentation and communications skills to communicate project status and metrics

Qualifications:
• Experience authoring or collaborating on Vision Scope documents, Business Requirement Documents and/or UAT test cases

• Excellent project management skills

• Strong Client Relationship Management Skills
• Strong Communication Skills, both oral and written targeted to varying audiences
• Strong Negotiation and Consensus building skills
• 2-4 years of Program/Project/Solution Management or Business Analysis experience
• Prior experience in Learning Systems preferred
• Solid understanding of the SDLC (software development life cycle)
• Ability to work independently in a cross functional, matrixed environment
