Responsibilities include:

Conducts and analyzes business and information technology processes and prepares essential groundwork by documenting and driving business solutions.

Assimilates and applies best practices, business processes and procedures;

well versed in IT infrastructure services, CRM & ERP.

Develops business process analysis and business architect modeling for the business problem

Two years or more of extensive business process modeling experience especially using BPMN2.0 is a plus in Visio/BPA or other modeling tools.

Experience working on web projects and familiarity with various web technologies for website content management

Understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies, as well as the specific requirements for maintaining systems in a regulated environment
