Position:  C# Developer/Architect

Location:  Rolling Meadows IL

Duration: 12 months +

Rate: $52hr on C2C

local candidates are preferred

 The majority of this work will not be web based so my client does not want someone who has all web experience

 

Position 1:
- Software development Architect/Senior Developer with at least 7-8 years development experience
- Experience in full Software development life cycle with strong understanding of the processes.
- Strong Development experience in the areas of c#, C++/VC++, .Net Framework features such WPF, Win Forms, WCF Services and SQL Server 2008
- Experience with web based technologies such as ASP.Net, Web Services etc
- Agile methodologies and practices
- Experience with development of real-time based systems using distributed computing across various systems, Client / Server systems.
- Experience with object-oriented design and programming techniques a must
- Experience with object oriented analysis, use case analysis, performance analysis, Object modeling and
Database schema design, database objects etc
- Should be conversant with the Application architectures, N- Tier, MVC designs, Design patterns etc
- Develop system unit test plans, ensure software quality assurance (SQA) standards are achieved and validate that business goals are accomplished
- Develop detailed estimates for projects, timelines
- Create detailed design plans for the given requirements and then make technical decisions to meet the design goals.
- Experience with source code control systems such as Clear Case, Visual SourceSafe & SVN
- Experience using InstallShield to create and maintain product installers
- Ability to work effectively with, and support the needs of project team members, SQA and the customer support department.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative problem solving skills
- Shall be able to work independently without much guidance.
- Should have at least a Bachelor's degree.
