Technical Skills:Routing protocol BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and MPLS
Security skills on Juniper Netscreen & SRX, Cisco FWSM's, PIX, ASA, and have experience with IPSec VPN, AES, IKE setup.
Multimedia Technologies like IP Telephony, VoIP, Video, Data, Multimedia.
Job Description:- Perform problem management, root cause analysis and record solutions in the knowledge base.
- Perform gap analysis and implements steps for improving service quality
- Good Knowledge on monitoring and management tools like Solarwinds, CA Ehealth, Sniffer etc.
- Experience in configuration and troubleshooting of LAN and WAN technologies (MPLS, Gigabit Ethernet, L2/L3 Switching, BGP, Leased Lines, STP/VTP, Etherchannel, Wireless LAN, VLAN's etc)
- Configuration and troubleshooting of routing protocols RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP.
- Conduct internal audits to check the compliance of the team
- Provides escalation support to L2 teams on network related issues.
- Configure and Troubleshoot Network Devices and platforms F5 Load Balancer, Peribit WAN Optimizers, Cisco WLC, Packetshaper, NEXUS platforms etc.
- Certifications: CCNA, CCNP mandatory
