Experience Level	12 – 15/+ yrs IT, incl min 5 - 6 yrs of ETL Architecture experience
Job Description	- Responsible for creating overall solution design and architecture (conceptual, technical, information/data, integration, and data delivery) of the BI/Reporting solutions and ensuring that the delivered solutions are adhering to best practices and BSC enterprise architecture standards - Adopt and communicate new concepts, ideas, techniques, best practices and technology assistance in BI space - Lead BI solution requirements working sessions with business users - Support the technical delivery process to review that -     o Deliverables conform to BSC standards and meet the specified requirements     o The proper test plans are in place and executed for the project     o Solution risks are identified early and properly managed     o Delivered solutions are flexible and follow industry standards and best practices - Perform/lead Proof of Concepts' /Sandbox and  provide subject matter expertise in business intelligence solution delivery - Healthcare Payer Knowledge would be nice-to-have   Must possess excellent communication skills
