Total IT Experience should be 8+ years.

 

·         Test Lead Functional tester with Retail Industries must. Must have 2 or 3 Retail projects preferably starting with latest project.

·         Data, ETL

·         Integration

·         New system Implementation experience.

·         End to end testing

·         Inventory management knowledge is OK.

·         Good communication skills and working with clients directly

·         Strong understanding of testing life cycle

·         Knowledge in estimation techniques and plan project  schedules

·         Experience in test case authoring, Execution and Reporting

·         Knowledge on test and defect management tools

·         Required ASAP
