Role 1:            PEGA Architect with CPM experience

Must be a CPM expert

•         Guide atomic use cases and requirements for a new Customer Service Desktop (CSD) platform based on the capabilities of the Pega systems PRPC CPM framework.

•         Analyze existing systems for reuse capabilities and retrofit them into use cases and requirements for the new CSD platform.  

•         Educate on implementation methodologies. (Flows, Decision rules, Data, UI).

•         Assume role or liaison as a SME for PRPC/CPM capabilities and limitations.

•         Actively engage and participate in DCO JAD sessions and drive it to help design use cases and requirements.

•         Direct technical team resources to build prototypes to help visualize, identify limitations and test out the Use Cases and Requirements design.

•         Work with Lead System Architects to provide additional options to a solution for overcoming design and technical limitations.

•         Work with UI team to give guidance on PRPC / CPM best practices.  (Produce best practice and guideline documents were applicable.)

•         Enable team members by further developing their PRPC/CPM skill sets to become self sufficient.

 

 

Role 2: PEGA Business Analyst – we need a technical consultant who is comfortable interfacing with the client team and want to develop Business Analyst skills. 

• It is not a developer role but it is a technical role sitting on the functional team. 
• Must have excellent communication skills.

 

 

Role 3: PEGA Technical Developer (multiple roles) –

• We are looking for PRPC Lead Developers at the CSSA level.
• We would also consider CSA level candidates with lots of experience.
