The Opportunity: Web Developer

 

 

 

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide daily support to existing web applications.

Participate in the full life cycle of development (define, develop, test, install, and maintain) of existing applications as well as new initiatives.

The Web Developer must be able to manage development activities from the planning phase through the implementation phase. He or she will interface with other team members, management, and end-users on a regular basis.

 

Qualifications:

Minimum of two years experience in the following areas is required:

Visual Studio 6.0 (desktop, COM)

Visual Studio 2003, 2005, 2008 (ASP.Net, VB.Net or C#, Web Services, Java Script, AJAX and

CSS)

SQL Server 2005 developer level understanding

SQL Server Management Studio 2005

SQL Server Reporting Services 2005

JQuery

LINQ

Application Modeling

 

Experience in the following areas would be a Plus:

Prior experience migrating from classic asp to asp.net

Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS - Web Development)

Application Optimization

Application Integration

 

 

 

Long Term Web Development Contract Role
