Senior Systems Analyst to define user requirements and translate these requirements into computer and related manual system specifications and automated applications for our Comprehensive Environmental Data System (CEDS).

Years of Experience:
12 or more years of experience in the field

Experience documenting user requirements	Required – 12 years
Experience developing/ maintaining applications	Required – 3 years
Working knowledge of .Net, SQL, Java, Oracle, SQL Server	Required – 1 years
Experience preparing complex technical documentation	Required – 12 years
Demonstrated ability to create and execute system test plans	Highly desired – 5 years
