Location: VA

Duration: 6 months

Developer III performs high complexity (i.e. system level applications) analysis, design, development and unit testing of software applications from user requirements and design documents. The candidate also resolves defects encountered during various testing cycles.

This application loads and consolidates data from multiple upstream data sources into a common data model. It provides the consolidated data to downstream applications and users for various purposes, including business reporting.

Develop/modify/update applications used by the Multifamily Business team. Provide technical expertise to review and understand requirements, design,build and perform unit testing on software applications. Participate in or review all of the steps in the software development life cycle to create/modify the software and to implement the scoped changes.


5-7 years experience with the Ab Initio ETL tool; 5-7 years experience with Oracle; 5-7 years experience with Unix scripting; Knowledge of Autosys or an equivalent job scheduling tool; experience supporting projects through a full development life cycle. Must be a good team player and communicator.

Experience with Fannie Mae or with Financial Services systems; experience working in a large corporate environment; experience with matrixed management

Ab Initio and Oracle are the two critical skills
