Role:SAP HCM TEST LEAD

Duration: 12 months
Location: FLORHAM PARK, NJ 

 

The candidate must have strong SAP HCM functional knowledge in areas of PA, OM, Benefits and Payroll, including exposure to HCM technical components for reports, interfaces, enhancements, etc. The resources will provide HCM functional expertise within the SAP HCM module. Individual must have in-depth functional knowledge of the HCM module and how it relates across the application.

Basic Qualifications:
3 – 5 years experience as SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) module functional knowledge
2 – 3 years experience as a SAP Test Lead for HR/HCM
Test management tool experience with HP Quality Center
Experience and working knowledge in full SDLC projects with testing life cycle
Demonstrated experience in defining and developing test strategies, scenarios and cases
Strong Experience in SQL scripting
Experience testing multi-tiered web application with backend databases
Demonstrated ability to apply strong analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
